I just wanted to say how fantastic the pawpaw ointment and creams are. I have suffered from dermatitis on my hands for the last 20 years on and off. I have tried various creams including steroid creams and at times had to take oral steroids etc because of the severity of the condition. At times despite using prescribed creams I got skin infections or my hands became painfully itchy where the only relief I got was putting them under scalding hot water. Since using the ointment and creams regularly my hands have not only healed but seem to maintain some moisture and look and feel normal. To be honest when a friend recommended this product I didn’t believe anything would work but I really can’t describe the difference this has made. I have been suffering with various skin rashes due to a course of chemotherapy. My eyelids in particular became swollen, cracked and were weeping. They were so painful every cream I tried (even Savlon) stung like mad. A friend gave me a tube of the Papaw ointment and I found I could use this without it hurting. Luckily it helped to heal my eyelids and other sore skin patches that have developed as a result of the treatment. It has been so good, and is pleasant to use, that I have already resolved to use this instead of lip balm in the future. We use pawpaw for everything. My husband has very thin skin due to medication and is always tearing it so he spreads it on. My daughters and their partners use it as lip salve and with 2 cats , a rabbit and 2 guinea pigs who sometimes need treatment it is always in use. Im a freelance musician (I play the French Horn) and have tried several products to help stop my lips and surrounding skin drying out after playing with no success. A colleague of mine from New Zealand recently suggested I tried some, she'd used it for years, and after a few days of using hers I found it had kept everything perfectly moisturised and made long rehearsals much more bearable at this time of year.
