We use pawpaw for everything. My husband has very thin skin due to medication and is always tearing it so he spreads it on. My daughters and their partners use it as lip salve and with 2 cats , a rabbit and 2 guinea pigs who sometimes need treatment it is always in use. I would thoroughly recommend it as a must have in any household. - PT, Southampton.
Just wanted to thank you for a great service. I'm a nurse and this is the best thing I have found to stop my hands getting sore when I have to wash them so often. It's not greasy either. Stops my lip from chapping too! - JD, Crewe
My daughter used a small amount of Lucas pawpaw on her 3 month old baby's head yesterday as he had scratched himself. She was amazed to find that, today, that area of his scalp appears clear of cradle cap. - TH, Luton
I ordered from you a couple of weeks ago and got 3 tubes of paw paw ointment, one for me, my mum and my auntie and we all LOVE it! I use it as a lip balm but my mum told me she got stung by a wasp yesterday and it really helped to calm it down. When I ordered I also had to change my delivery address and the email I got to confirm it was so lovely and friendly so I just wanted to say a big thank you, we need more small companies like yours, you really feel like you get a personal service! - KS, Chester
I first came across it when I travelled to Austrailia some 8 years ago & have been addicted to it ever since....it is my one item if stranded on a desert island! - GB, Leeds
I used some on a ringworm patch on my leg because I was reluctant to use the cream prescribed by my GP, and it's all cleared now, so I thought it would be a great product to have to hand in the future. - EL, Guildford
Thank you for such a fantastic service! I Discovered the product whilst in Australia. I had a problem with a very sore cracked heel and the woman in the chemists suggested this product and it is fantastic for lots of ailments. - NW, Chelmsford
I have a cousin in Adelaide, her little boy has eczema, the family doctor there recommended it to her and it worked wonders for him. - BSM, Glasgow
I have some Australian friends who rave about this product and have tried a little before. It's a good alternative to Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour cream, just as good but much cheaper. - LP, London
It was recommended to me by an Australian friend who herself has used it all her life along with her mother , grandmother etc. Her grandmother used it on everything including her pet chickens !! It has worked wonders on my mother’s cold sores too. A wonder treatment indeed. Time to thow away the Germolene. - RR, Chester
The simplicity and honesty of your website appealed to me, and the fact that you also carried versions that were not petroleum jelly based. Not to mention the very reasonable postage! I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends that swear by the 8 hour cream if these products work, as judging from the reviews they seem to do!
It was recommended to me personally some years ago, I do a lot of swimming and it is by far the best before and after “barrier ointment” I have come across. - DG, Southend
I know of it previously through an Australian friend. It was great on my son's eczema when he was a baby and I love it as lip salve too! SJ, Twickenham
My daughter was suffering with a nasty rash from wearing shorts in the sea without a costume underneath and my friend gave me the papaw. An ointment that can be used on broken skin is a valuable thing indeed! So thrilled to discover a UK outlet for it! - LL, Edinburgh
I came across the cream from a friend who used to live in Australia. A couple of summers ago when she was staying with us my son burnt himself and she produced this miracle cream! - DD, Slough
It is brilliant stuff as when the kids fall over and I put cream on this is the only one which heals it and does not sting. Very important when you are 6 and 3 years old. So it has legend status in our home. - HM, London
I am a freelance make-up artist and whilst was filming a commercial a member of the production team from Australia showed me Lucas Papaw Ointment, explaining it was similar to Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream. - KK, Glasagow
My daughter just came back from Australia qualified as a natural beautician therapist and recommended I use this product instead of Vaseline. - PW, Peterborough
The ointment is fantastic I started using it on my son from under 2 weeks old (he is now 9 weeks), for nappy rash - which thanks to pawpaw he has not developed. I would recommend it to all mothers for their babies. - EJ, Liverpool
My friend’s husband gave me some to try on my psoriasis. I had an area of about 4" on the top of my shoulder, it was really itchy and red raw. I used the ointment 4 times a day. It has really worked. Brilliant! - WB, Portsmouth
I have already been using the pawpaw salve, following the article that was written in You Magazine and would like to say that it is amazing! I had excruciatingly painful chapped lips and had been on a fruitless trail to find something to soothe them and restore them to previous condition. Nothing had helped and I was unable to wear lipstick, use skincare products or even spray perfume, hairspray etc near my face as they had become swollen and burned with pain. - PC, Dartford
When I was in New Zealand last year my godmother, who worked as a midwife in Australia, gave me some saying it was the best thing for nappy rash. And it is. I'm very pleased to have found a UK supplier, found your site very straightforward and would recommend both unhesitatingly! - CM, Oxford
I'm 75 yrs old and this is the best ointment I've ever had, its magic it cures loads of ailments. - TD Halifax
I'm Australian! :) An Oz in Glasgow
